The position
Our customers buy servers, workstations, network equipment and licences from us – in person or through the ONNA shop. You make sure they get the right thing and that it arrives on time.
You work closely with our technicians, who set up the devices afterwards.
Your tasks
- Advising on hardware, software and licensing models
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Looking after existing customers and shop enquiries
- Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers
What you bring
- Commercial or technical vocational training
- Good understanding of IT products and licensing models
- Confident communication with customers
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft licensing
- Experience with online shops or ERP systems
