How long does a migration take?
Individual servers are often moved within a few days. We plan a whole environment in waves over weeks to months – depending on the number of systems and dependencies.
Is there downtime?
We schedule cut-overs in agreed maintenance windows. Prior test runs and data synchronisation keep them short.
What happens to our existing licences?
Many licences can be taken to the cloud and reduce costs there. We check this in the assessment.
We use VMware – what are our options?
Moving to the cloud, switching to another virtualisation platform in-house, or a mix. We compare the options with costs over several years.
