The position
The best cloud is no use if the office network struggles or the phone does not ring. In the ICT division you take care of exactly this foundation – in offices, warehouses and production halls around Cologne.
You are involved in planning, installation and support and are the customer's first contact on site.
Your tasks
- Setting up switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi
- Wi-Fi surveys and planning for offices and halls
- Setting up cloud telephony, phone systems and handsets
- Troubleshooting on site and remotely
- Documenting installations
What you bring
- Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT electronics technician or similar
- Experience with network technology (VLAN, routing, firewall)
- Basic knowledge of VoIP telephony
- Driving licence class B
Nice to have
- Experience with Ubiquiti or Lancom products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams telephony
